2026 - SOCIETY EVENTS

Join Us for a Year of Celebration!

  

 September 27, Annual Society Potluck Picnic 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: Samantha Mill House, 495 East Main Street, Nanticoke

Details: Bring a Dish to Share - Enjoy delicious food, baked goods, and fun activities. The exact date will be announced soon.


October 3 - Annual Gathering of Local Historical Societies - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location - Viewmont Mall Dixon City

Details: The Nanticoke Historical Society will join a number of other local historical societies for a day of sharing of stories and comradery. There will be displays and information. 



October 24 – Tealeaf Reading Workshop - 1 p.m.

Location: Samantha Mill House- 495 East Main Street, Nanticoke

Fee: $40 per person

Details: Tealeaf reading workshop. Learn how to read tea leaves. Brief history of Tasseography. Reading your own leaves in a group setting. Taught by Dr. Genel Gronkowski


December -Christmas Party

Date: To be announced 

Guests are kindly asked to cover the cost of their own meals.
